I wanted to share with you all some little known facts about my job as the after school hall monitor. (or bouncer)
Any child you talk to will automatically hate you.
Sometimes they challenge your authority or make excuses. Or call you racist.
Walking with the iPod makes things a lot more enjoyable.
Sometimes teachers think you are lost and will ask if you need help. (Haven't you seen me doing the exact same thing every day for the past 4 weeks?)
Snack time is fun only when they eat things that don't have crumbs.
